ROSSO Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Affiliate Program Operating Agreement
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement, including the Mobile Application Policy below, governs participation in the ROSSO Affiliate Program.
The Program is operated by ROSSO (www.rossoredlight.com), carrying on business as ROSSO, in the province of Ontario, Canada.
In this Agreement:
“ROSSO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business identified above.
“You,” “your,” and “Affiliate” mean the individual or legal entity applying to or participating in the Program.
“Website” means www.rossoredlight.com.
“Affiliate Portal” means the ROSSO affiliate dashboard made available through GoAffPro.
“Your Channels” means the websites, social media accounts, approved applications, and other promotional channels you identify to ROSSO and use for Program participation.
“Program Details” means the commission rates, eligible products, referral-tracking period, attribution rules, and other specific program information ROSSO makes available to you through the Affiliate Portal or in writing.
“Commission” means the referral fee payable for a Qualifying Purchase under this Agreement.
ROSSO uses GoAffPro as a third-party affiliate-management and tracking service. This Agreement governs the relationship between ROSSO and you. It does not make GoAffPro the seller of ROSSO products or the guarantor of ROSSO’s commission payments. Separate GoAffPro terms and privacy provisions may apply to your use of its services.
By accepting this Agreement during registration, you agree to its terms. You confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you reside and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Anyone accepting on behalf of a business must have authority to bind that business.
1. Description of the Program
The Program allows approved Affiliates to promote eligible ROSSO products and earn Commissions on Qualifying Purchases.
Eligible products include products sold through the Website unless excluded in the Program Details. Product-specific rates, exclusions, and promotional arrangements will be identified in the Program Details or a separate written agreement.
ROSSO may provide product photographs, descriptions, logos, banners, referral links, and other approved promotional materials, collectively called “Program Content.”
Program Content may be used only to participate in the Program in accordance with this Agreement. Materials belonging to another business are not included merely because they appear online or describe similar products.
Participation does not guarantee earnings, a minimum number of referrals, free products, reimbursement of expenses, or continued access to the Program.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
To apply, you must provide complete and accurate registration information, including your identity, contact information, and the channels you intend to use.
Accounts may be activated automatically or following review, depending on the registration process in effect. Account activation does not waive ROSSO’s right to review eligibility or enforce this Agreement.
The Program is intended for genuine creators, publishers, and businesses that provide relevant, original content and develop their own audiences.
We may reject or discontinue participation involving:
-
Unlawful activity, sexually explicit material, promotion of violence, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or defamatory content.
-
Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
-
Impersonation of ROSSO, GoAffPro, or another person or business.
-
Coupon-harvesting websites, unauthorized deal aggregators, or unrelated product collections primarily intended to capture existing customer purchases rather than provide useful original content.
-
Fraudulent traffic, fabricated engagement, or misleading promotional practices.
You may not register domain names, account names, groups, or similar identifiers that incorporate ROSSO’s or GoAffPro’s trademarks, confusing variations, or deliberate misspellings without the relevant rights holder’s written permission.
Keep your account information current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
3. Referral Links and Promotional Channels
After acceptance, you may use the referral links issued through the Affiliate Portal. These are referred to as “Special Links.”
Special Links must retain the correct tracking information and be used only on channels permitted under this Agreement. You must not remove, replace, or manipulate tracking identifiers or use another Affiliate’s account.
Commissions depend on the attribution rules in Section 7. Mentioning ROSSO, introducing a customer, or supplying a discount code does not by itself establish entitlement to a Commission. Unless ROSSO expressly enables coupon-based attribution for your account and confirms that arrangement in writing, a coupon code alone does not earn Commission. Customers must use your Special Link and satisfy the applicable tracking requirements. You may share ROSSO-issued promotional codes only within their stated conditions. You may not invent offers, publish private codes, or imply that an expired promotion remains available. Including Special Links in a mobile application requires prior written approval and compliance with the Mobile Application Policy below. Use only the integrations and linking methods authorized for that application.
4. Program Requirements and Monitoring
You must comply with this Agreement and any written promotional guidelines or Program Details made available to you. Changes to these requirements are subject to Section 15.
ROSSO may reasonably request information needed to verify compliance, including examples of promotional content, traffic sources, and evidence of permission to use relevant materials. Do not provide unnecessary customer personal information.
We may review publicly accessible content and Program-related tracking records to investigate suspected misuse. This does not authorize access to private accounts or systems without permission.
Prohibited practices include artificial clicks, automated or fraudulent orders, placing tracking cookies without a genuine referral action, concealed redirects, unauthorized browser extensions, and replacing another Affiliate’s attribution.
We may request correction or removal of non-compliant promotional content, suspend affected links, investigate related transactions, or terminate participation.
Commission adjustments and payment holds will be handled under Sections 7, 8, and 14.
We may send account administration, payment, security, and contractual notices to your registered email address. Promotional communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
5. Responsibility for Your Channels and Content
You are responsible for operating Your Channels, obtaining necessary permissions, complying with platform rules, and paying your own promotional expenses.
All product descriptions, reviews, demonstrations, comparisons, and promotional statements must be accurate, supportable, and not misleading.
Product and health claims. You must not promise guaranteed results or make unsubstantiated claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease or medical condition. Claims must be consistent with applicable law, the product’s permitted claims, and ROSSO’s current authorized materials.
Do not claim that a product is “Health Canada approved,” “FDA approved,” clinically proven, medically endorsed, award-winning, or made in a particular country unless the exact statement is accurate, substantiated, legally permitted, and authorized by ROSSO in writing.
Reviews and demonstrations. Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences. You must not fabricate reviews, endorsements, or before-and-after results, including presenting AI-generated people or outcomes as genuine customer experiences. Do not conceal material limitations or demonstrate use contrary to product instructions and safety warnings.
Rights and privacy. Obtain the rights and permissions needed for photographs, music, videos, names, likenesses, testimonials, and personal information used in your promotions.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ROSSO and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent caused by your breach of this Agreement, unlawful conduct, infringement, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
ROSSO will provide reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity to participate in its defence. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation or admission on ROSSO without written approval. This indemnity does not cover losses to the extent caused by ROSSO’s own wrongdoing.
6. Order Processing
ROSSO is responsible for accepting and processing customer orders, collecting payment, arranging fulfillment, providing customer service, and administering its return and warranty policies.
We may reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory problems, or non-compliance with the Website’s terms.
You may not accept orders or customer payments on ROSSO’s behalf, promise unauthorized refunds, or make commitments about delivery, availability, warranties, or product performance.
Program reports will be made available through the Affiliate Portal. A tracked order or displayed Commission remains subject to validation, payment eligibility, and any adjustments permitted by this Agreement.
7. Commissions and Qualifying Purchases
7.1 Commission Rates and Calculation
The standard Commission rate under the ROSSO Affiliate Program is 20% of the net selling price of eligible products included in each Qualifying Purchase, unless a different rate is expressly agreed between ROSSO and the Affiliate in writing.
Commissions are calculated on the eligible product amount actually paid for and retained by the customer, after discounts and applicable refunds. Commissions exclude sales taxes, shipping charges, duties, gift wrapping, and other non-product charges.
Product exclusions and any agreed Commission exceptions will be identified in the Program Details or a separate written agreement. Changes to Commission rates are subject to the notice and prospective-change requirements in Section 15.
Gift card purchases do not earn Commission unless expressly included in the Program Details. An eligible product purchased using a legitimately purchased gift card may qualify under the ordinary Program rules.
7.2 Qualifying Purchases
A “Qualifying Purchase” is a genuine customer purchase that meets all of the following conditions:
-
It is attributed to you through an authorized Special Link or another attribution method expressly approved for your account.
-
It satisfies the referral-tracking period and attribution rules disclosed in the Program Details.
-
Payment is successfully collected and the eligible product is shipped and delivered.
-
The transaction complies with this Agreement and remains eligible after validation and applicable adjustments.
Each order is assessed separately. A referral does not automatically create lifetime attribution or entitlement to every future purchase by that customer.
7.3 Tracking and attribution
The applicable tracking period, priority between competing referrals, and treatment of repeat purchases are those disclosed in the Program Details when the relevant referral occurs.
Tracking can be affected by customer privacy choices, browser settings, device changes, or other technical limitations. A Commission is not guaranteed merely because a customer previously viewed your content.
Where a transaction appears to be missing or incorrectly attributed, contact ROSSO promptly with reasonable supporting information. We will review relevant records in good faith. No duplicate Commission is payable for the same eligible product sale.
7.4 Excluded purchases and promotional methods
Commissions are not payable on fraudulent transactions, unpaid orders, transactions generated through prohibited promotion, or purchases placed after your participation has ended.
Self-referrals are excluded. You may not purchase through your own link or place orders on behalf of yourself, friends, relatives, associates, or another person to generate Commission.
Purchases for resale or commercial use are excluded unless ROSSO approves them in writing.
Paid advertising involving ROSSO requires prior written approval. Without that approval, you may not bid on ROSSO-related brand terms or misspellings, run ads implying you are ROSSO, or direct paid advertising through your Special Link.
Genuine original content may appear in organic search results. Manipulative redirects, misleading coupon-search pages, and interception of customers already seeking ROSSO are prohibited.
Cashback, rewards, rebates, or other incentives for using your link require prior written approval. ROSSO-authorized customer promotions are permitted within their stated conditions.
7.5 Returns and adjustments
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and payment disputes may cause the related Commission to be held, reduced, or reversed under Section 8.
For partial refunds, the Commission will be recalculated on the eligible product amount retained by the customer. An exchange or replacement does not create an additional Commission unless a separate eligible payment is made.
8. Commission Payment
8.1 Holding and Review Periods
A tracked Commission is initially pending and is not immediately payable.
For an otherwise eligible transaction, the holding period ends on the later of:
(a) 60 calendar days after confirmed delivery of the eligible product to the customer; or
(b) the end of the customer’s applicable return-request period under the return policy or offer governing that order.
A further seven-calendar-day review period follows the end of the holding period. During this review, ROSSO may check for cancellations, returns, refunds, payment disputes, suspected fraud, tracking errors, and other matters affecting Commission eligibility.
After the holding and review periods have been completed, the Commission becomes payable provided the order satisfies this Agreement and no unresolved issue affects its eligibility.
Completion of the holding and review periods establishes payment eligibility; it does not mean payment will be issued immediately.
Eligible Commissions are included in the next applicable scheduled payment under Section 8.2.
Delivery may be established through carrier records or other reliable evidence. An individual transaction may remain pending while its delivery or eligibility is reasonably investigated. Any extended hold relating to returns, disputes, or investigations will be handled under Section 8.4.
These Commission rules do not create, extend, or reduce any customer return or warranty rights.
8.2 Payment Schedule
ROSSO issues payments for payable Commissions on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Each payment includes Commissions that completed the applicable holding and review periods and became payable by the end of the preceding calendar day, using Eastern Time.
If a scheduled payment date is not a business day at ROSSO’s principal place of business, payment will be initiated on the next business day. The date funds arrive may depend on the receiving bank or payment provider.
Payments are made in Canadian dollars, unless ROSSO agrees to another currency in writing, and through a payment method supported for the Affiliate’s account.
There is no minimum payout amount under this Agreement.
Payment remains subject to the Affiliate providing accurate payment information and any reasonably necessary identification or tax documentation, as described in Section 8.3.
8.3 Currency and payment information
Commissions are payable in Canadian dollars, unless ROSSO agrees to another currency in writing.
Payments are made through a method supported for your account and identified in the Affiliate Portal or otherwise agreed in writing.
You must provide accurate payment information and any reasonably necessary identification or tax documentation. Payment may be delayed where information is missing, inaccurate, or cannot be verified. We will identify what is needed to resolve the delay.
Any currency conversion basis or processing charge deducted by ROSSO must be disclosed before it applies. Your receiving bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.
8.4 Returns, disputes, and investigations
We may hold the Commission associated with an unresolved cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, suspected fraud, or substantiated compliance concern.
Where the issue is resolved and the sale remains eligible, the Commission will be released for the next applicable payment date, subject to completion of the ordinary holding and review periods.
A return request does not automatically cause permanent forfeiture when the request is withdrawn or declined and the customer retains the eligible purchase.
We will not withhold unrelated, undisputed Commissions solely because another transaction is under review. Where an investigation continues beyond 30 days, we will provide an update explaining the continuing hold to the extent reasonably possible.
8.5 Previously paid Commissions
A payment made in error or on a transaction later refunded, reversed, or established to be ineligible may be deducted from future Commissions.
If future Commissions are insufficient, you agree to repay the documented overpayment within 30 days after written notice. Adjustments will be limited to the amount properly attributable to the affected transaction or error, without duplicate recovery.
8.6 Taxes
You are responsible for reporting your Commission income and meeting your applicable tax obligations.
Commission amounts are exclusive of GST/HST and other applicable sales taxes on your affiliate services. Where you are legally required to charge such tax, provide valid registration information and a compliant invoice or other legally acceptable documentation. ROSSO will pay properly chargeable tax in addition to the Commission.
You must not charge tax you are not legally entitled to collect.
ROSSO may make legally required deductions or withholdings and will provide any related documentation required by law. Nothing in this Agreement removes ROSSO’s own reporting or remittance obligations.
9. Customer Policies and Pricing
Customers purchasing through an Affiliate referral purchase from ROSSO, not from the Affiliate.
The Website’s applicable terms of sale, pricing, shipping, return, privacy, and warranty policies govern those customer transactions.
You may not change or supplement those policies on ROSSO’s behalf. Promotional descriptions must accurately reflect any important restrictions, exclusions, deadlines, and eligibility conditions.
Prices and offers may change. Keep promotional information reasonably current and promptly correct inaccurate statements brought to your attention.
10. Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate
You must clearly disclose your financial or other material connection to ROSSO wherever you promote products in circumstances requiring disclosure.
Disclosures must be easy to notice, understand, and associate with the relevant recommendation or link. Do not rely solely on a separate terms page, a buried hashtag, or an account biography.
A suitable disclosure is:
“I participate in the ROSSO Affiliate Program and may earn a commission when you purchase through my links.”
For video, audio, livestreams, and temporary content, use disclosures appropriate to the format and reasonably noticeable to the audience.
You may accurately describe yourself as a ROSSO Affiliate. You must not suggest that you are an employee, official spokesperson, exclusive representative, healthcare adviser appointed by ROSSO, or a representative of GoAffPro.
Public announcements claiming a broader partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement require prior written approval.
11. Limited License to Use Program Content
During your authorized participation, ROSSO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free license to use approved Program Content solely to promote eligible ROSSO products under this Agreement.
You may not sell Program Content, use it to promote another business, materially alter product representations, or remove ownership notices without permission.
Use ROSSO trademarks and logos only as authorized. This Agreement does not grant rights to GoAffPro trademarks or other third-party materials beyond rights separately provided by their owners.
Any API, data feed, or technical integration is permitted only where actually made available and expressly authorized, subject to its accompanying requirements.
The license ends when your participation ends or when the relevant authorization is withdrawn. You must then promptly stop the affected promotional use and remove the applicable Special Links and licensed materials from channels you control.
12. Ownership and Submitted Content
ROSSO and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of their trademarks, websites, software, Program Content, and other intellectual property. Participation does not transfer ownership to you.
You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to any separate written agreement.
Where you intentionally submit content to ROSSO for use in ROSSO marketing, you grant ROSSO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and reasonably adapt that content for those purposes. This license continues after participation ends unless different terms are agreed in writing.
ROSSO may allow its marketing service providers to exercise those rights on its behalf. Edits must not materially misrepresent an endorsement or experience.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the submitted content and its intended use.
This clause does not authorize use of private correspondence, confidential information, or customer personal information as marketing material without appropriate permission. Access to your social media account or advertising through your identity requires separate authorization.
13. Compliance with Laws, Privacy, and Electronic Marketing
You must comply with applicable Canadian federal, provincial, and territorial laws, and with laws that apply where you operate or direct your promotions.
This includes applicable requirements concerning misleading advertising, endorsements, health-product claims, privacy, electronic marketing, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
Electronic marketing. Emails, texts, and other commercial electronic messages must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation where applicable. Obtain the necessary consent or establish a valid legal exception, include required identification and contact information, and provide and honour required unsubscribe mechanisms.
Participation does not authorize you to contact ROSSO customers or use purchased or scraped contact lists without an appropriate lawful basis.
Privacy. Provide required privacy information and obtain any necessary consent for tracking or personal-information processing on Your Channels. Collect only information reasonably necessary for your lawful activities and protect it appropriately. ROSSO’s handling of Program-related personal information is addressed in its Privacy Policy. GoAffPro and other service providers may process information to administer accounts, attribute referrals, prevent fraud, and facilitate payments, subject to applicable arrangements and law.
Acceptance of this Agreement does not constitute consent on behalf of your visitors or customers.
14. Term, Suspension, and Termination
This Agreement begins when ROSSO accepts your participation and continues until terminated.
Either party may terminate participation by written notice. You may send notice to support@rossoredlight.com. ROSSO may send notice to your registered email address.
ROSSO may immediately suspend access, affected links, or participation where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or a material breach.
On termination, you must stop presenting yourself as a current ROSSO Affiliate and stop using the Program’s Special Links and licensed promotional materials.
New purchases placed after termination are not eligible for Commission unless separately agreed in writing.
Legitimate Commissions attributable to purchases placed before termination remain subject to the ordinary validation, holding, adjustment, and payment rules. Termination alone does not cancel valid accrued Commissions.
Amounts connected to fraud, prohibited transactions, or other established ineligibility may be rejected or reversed. Unrelated payable amounts remain payable.
Payment obligations, repayment duties, confidentiality, applicable content licenses, indemnities, liability provisions, dispute provisions, and other terms intended to continue will survive termination.
15. Changes to the Agreement or Program
ROSSO may update this Agreement, the Program Details, and promotional requirements.
For material changes affecting Commission rates, payment timing, attribution rules, or participation obligations, we will provide at least 15 calendar days’ notice by email or another reasonably prominent account notice.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. They will not retroactively reduce Commissions properly earned under earlier applicable terms.
Changes reasonably necessary to address legal requirements, fraud, or urgent security concerns may take effect sooner, with notice as reasonably practicable.
You may end your participation before a change takes effect. Continuing to promote through the Program after receiving notice and after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
An undisclosed change to a dashboard setting does not, by itself, authorize a retroactive reduction of your contractual Commission entitlement.
16. Relationship of the Parties
The parties participate as independent businesses. This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment relationship, franchise, agency, or joint venture. You have no authority to bind ROSSO, accept obligations on its behalf, or make representations beyond the promotional permissions expressly granted. You control your own lawful promotional activities and bear your own expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The relationship is non-exclusive. ROSSO may work with other Affiliates, and you may work with other brands, provided you comply with this Agreement and protect confidential information.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ROSSO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation, including lost anticipated profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data.
Subject to the exceptions below, ROSSO’s aggregate liability arising from this Agreement will not exceed the Commissions paid or payable to you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not reduce ROSSO’s obligation to pay valid Commissions due under this Agreement. They do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
This section concerns the affiliate relationship and does not remove any non-waivable rights arising from a separate purchase of a product.
18. Disclaimers
Program tools, promotional resources, reporting features, and tracking services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to applicable law and the express commitments in this Agreement.
ROSSO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tracking, a particular conversion rate, or any level of earnings.
You are responsible for deciding whether participation suits your business and whether promotional spending is justified. Unless separately agreed in writing, ROSSO does not reimburse advertising costs, production expenses, or other investments made in anticipation of Commissions.
Third-party platforms may change or experience interruptions. Those circumstances do not eliminate ROSSO’s obligation to review reasonably supported reporting errors or pay valid amounts due.
Nothing in this section overrides an express payment obligation, ROSSO’s published customer guarantees, or a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [PROVINCE OR TERRITORY] and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory laws that cannot be excluded.
The parties submit to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that province or territory, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before starting ordinary legal proceedings, the parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve a dispute through written communication.
This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, protecting intellectual property or confidential information, or taking action needed to preserve a legal deadline.
20. General Provisions
Entire agreement. This Agreement, the applicable Program Details, and any separate written agreement between you and ROSSO form the agreement governing participation and replace earlier discussions about the same subject.
Order of priority. A separate written agreement expressly varying a term controls that subject. Otherwise, this Agreement governs, while the Program Details supply the rates, eligible products, tracking parameters, and other matters expressly left to them. Dashboard settings do not override this Agreement without a valid amendment.
Assignment. You may not transfer your participation or this Agreement without written approval. ROSSO may transfer the Agreement to a successor operating the relevant business, provided the successor assumes outstanding obligations.
Confidentiality. Non-public business information disclosed in confidence must be used only for authorized Program purposes and protected against unauthorized disclosure. This does not cover information lawfully known, independently developed, publicly available without breach, or lawfully received from another source. Required legal disclosures are permitted, with advance notice where lawful.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue where legally possible.
Notices. Contractual notices may be sent electronically to the contact information designated by each party. You must keep your registered email current. These provisions do not replace legally required methods for serving court documents.
Lawful participation. You must not participate in circumstances prohibited by applicable sanctions or other legal restrictions.
Exercise of discretion. Rights of review, approval, adjustment, suspension, and termination will be exercised reasonably and in good faith, subject to applicable law.
Contact. Questions about the Program or this Agreement should be directed to support@rossoredlight.com
