Work performed without ROSSO’s prior written approval may not qualify for reimbursement.
Approval of an estimate does not automatically confirm that the product is defective or that every proposed expense will be covered. Final coverage may depend on inspection findings, warranty terms, proof of purchase, product condition, and the cause of the reported issue.
 
25. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
